By accessing or using Agorani, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. About Agorani
Agorani is operated by Wandity. Agorani is a peer-to-peer marketplace platform for buying and selling secondhand goods, currently in pre-launch with a planned Q2 2026 debut in Paphos, Cyprus.
3. Waitlist Registration
By joining our waitlist, you provide your email address and consent to receive communications from Agorani about our launch, early access, and product updates. Registering for the waitlist does not guarantee early access or any specific service level.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Agorani for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, to harass other users, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations including those of Cyprus and the European Union.
5. Marketplace Disclaimer
Once launched, Agorani acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers. Wandity is not a party to any transaction between users and is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or availability of items listed, or for the conduct of users.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and software comprising the Agorani platform is the property of Wandity and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify waitlist members of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union.
